Lkq Corporation - Bad experience all together and still dealing with it
Here's a question for you. I am in a situation with my Jeep where one of those wonderful dismantlers gave me a transmission that was damaged to any eye and we still received this wonderful piece of equipment.
We have been waiting a month and a half on our Jeep and a week alone for on of your wonderful associates to contact the dealership about this. Correct me if I'm Wrong but don't you think with complaints that seem to be reoccurring that that might be a reason to re evaluate how you do business with your customers? I understand finding the cheaper solution, but why would you not even care what goes into the customers vehicle? I would have an inspector or maybe your so called "inspector" that goes out to see if it will be covered under warranty or if its something that was cause with misuse go and check out the next transmission that will replace the old one.
Obviously he has to have some sort of knowledge of what he is looking at other wise your inspector is not trust worthy and could be misleading the dealership or customer. And why is it that when I try and contact these fine establishments I cant get anyone to pick up?
You work for a company that misleads and goes well with fine print to save money. Not a company I would want to work for!
Reason of review: Bad quality.
Monetary Loss: $5000.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
