WE ARE AN AUTO SHOP IN VA. AND HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH LKQ FOR A NUMBER OF YEARS.
AND SINCE WE HAVE WE HAVE FOUND THEM TO BE CHEATERS AND LYERS. AT THE LKQ CLOSEST TO US, WHEN THEY ANSWER THE PHONE, THEY SEEN TO BE OK MOST OF THE TIME, BUT THEN THEY NO SO MUCH AND SENT THE WRONG PART 3 TIMES, AND WE REQUESTED OUR MONEY BACK AND ORDERED SOMEWHERE ELSE. AND! THEY CHARGE A LOT MORE FOR THE PRODUCTS THAN THE PRICES LISTED ONLINE.
AND SO DOES THE OTHERS. THE LKQ HEADQUARTERS ACT LIKE THEY ARE DOING THE REPAIRS AND THEY SEND ME SOMETHING I DIDNT ASK FOR. TRY TO MAKE A FORD FIT A HONDA. WHAT DUMMIES!
THEY ALSO CHARGE DIFFERENT PRICES THAN THEY HAVE LISTED ONLINE. VERY RUDE TO BE PROFESSIONAL. AND THE OIL PAN, OMG THEY DONT COVER IT AT ALL SO THEY SEND IT IN ALL KIDS OF SHAPE, THINKING IT IS A GOOD PART EVEN IF THE OIL PAN IS BAD, PLAIN DUMB. DONT , PLEASE DONT DEAL WITH THESE IDIOTS AGAIN.
THEY ARE VERY DISHONEST.
AND THE CUSTOMER WANTED A REFUND , THEY WANTED TO KEEP PART OF IT AND COME GET THE PART , HOW DUMB CAN THEY BE? I WANT TO TALK TO SOMEONE WHO IS THE BIG DOG IN CHARGE.
