I am only writing this review because I have never gotten such poor service from LKQ before.Called 02/09/2017 and spoke to Tykona at LKQ Seattle.
I got the price with shipping and paid for it. She calles me back and tells me the manager won't honor the price and it will now be an additional $300.00 for the part. I ask if i can talk to him and she puts me on hold. I finally get to speak to Mike Lance at LKQ Seattle and he is firm tells me there's no way he can honor the price I was quoted (on a used part) and that it's going to be $300.00 more.
I ask why did you already run my card if you can't honor the price you told me. He gets very rude and I was done. Told him to refund my Credit Card and I will go elsewhere.
I will no longer purchase anything from this company.I will add that Tykona was very nice and was very helpful until I had the unpleasant talk with Mike at LKQ Seattle.
